Rogério Fagundes expresses in his craft, the mark of the classic violin making from Cremona. Graduated in the
Instituto Iternazionale Antonio Stradivari in Cremona – Italy, under the orientation of Vana Zambelli and with a diploma in the Superior Technical Course of Acoustic Harmonization of Bow Instruments, instructed by the renown luthiers Luca Primon, Gregg Alf, Andrea Ortona, among others, Rogério won the silver medal on the 7° National Competition of Violin Making, promoted by the Associazione Nazionale Liuteria Artistica Italiana - ANLAI.

Rogério worked with the Mestro Gio Batta Morassi in his workshop, the main exponent of contemporary violin making in Cremona, and under the guidance of Simeone Morassi, perfected his technique in the art of violin making, today displayed in his own workshop, a place where he develops construction, restoration and acoustic harmonization of violins, violas and cellos, following the models of Stradivari, Guarnieri and Amati.
