Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping for online sheet music orders over $99.00 (U.S. Orders only)
Order Processing
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST are normally shipped the following business day. Please keep this in mind when choosing expedited shipping. On Fridays, UPS orders received after 2:00 PM PST are shipped on the following Monday. We provide Saturday shipping through the US Postal Service only. Our "Free Shipping" offer applies to U.S. Orders only.
If an item is out of stock
We will notify you by e-mail with four options:
1. With your approval, we will hold your order until the out-of-stock item arrives. The lead time for most out-of-stock items is 10 business days. 2. You may cancel the back-ordered item(s) and receive a refund. 3. We can suggest alternate editions or titles for an out-of-stock item. This may incur an adjustment to your invoice. 4. We can split your order into two shipments. This may incur an extra shipping charge, about which we will advise you in advance.
International Orders
International orders may be placed by sending an e-mail to sheetmusic@metzlerviolins.com. Please write "International Order" as the Subject of your message. You may also call us at 1-818-246-0278 or fax us at 1-818-246-6897. We will give you an estimate of shipping charges and delivery times before processing your order. For an accurate quote, please provide a complete shipping address, including postal code, in your correspondence. International shipments are normally sent via the US Postal Service. Typically, the transit time for USPS Express Mail International is 6 Business Days, USPS Priority Mail International is 6-10 Business Days. The US Postal Service does not provide delivery times for First-Class International. We recommend sending your credit card information to us only by phone or by fax.
